9/21,22金融政策決定会合の黒田総裁の発表をうけて。
9/21,22と、ニューヨークでアメリカ・オバマ大統領が国連総会で、
「われわれは分断された世界に後退するのか、
より協調し融合された世界へと前進するのか、岐路に立っている」
と、発言しています。
そんな中、日本銀行より金融政策決定会合の発表がありました。
内容は、
「マイナス金利0.1%の持続」
「フォワードルッキングなオーバーシュート型コミットメント」
「2%の物価安定の目標」
金融緩和強化のための新しい枠組み：「長短金利操作付き量的・質的金融緩和」
市場の貨幣流通を活発にする目的です。
ここから、見て行きたいのは、過去にどの様な国が、
インフレーションを起こし、デフレーションから脱却したのでしょうか？？
まずは、イギリス、そして、アメリカを事例にしてみて行きましょう。
製造業で新興国にシェアを奪われた日本。
モノを売る商売は、今後はっきり言うと流行らないでしょう。
これから求められてくるのは、本質的な意味で「先進国」としての仲間入りです。
そう。すなわち、「金融立国」へのチャレンジです。
そして、ここで学ばなければいけないことは、
