テキサスに自動車とエネルギーと金融の視察に来てみた。
テキサス。
3ヶ月前には、ヒューストンでトランジットでしたが、
今回は、初の上陸です。
「経験コレクター」
になる。
そして、
人を変えて行くのは、
いつだって経験値。
しかも、成功経験よりも、
失敗経験の方が、人は実は成長ができるという持論があります。
さて、
テキサス。
首都はオースティンで、
州で最大都市はヒューストン。
トヨタのの北米本社が移転で注目されているダラス、フォートワース、プレイノ、フリスコ。
そして、年間1,000万人が訪れるサンアントニオ。
テキサス、そしてアメリカの独立を語るまでは外せないエリアです。
テキサスの魅力は何と言っても、
新エネルギーです。
シェールガスの採掘から、石油も採油量が中東に並ぶもしくは超えているかも。
で、自国で全てが賄えるという流石、アメリカの国力です。
初日は、ANA便で成田からヒューストンへ。
明日は午後から、サンアントニオからダラスへ向かい、
3泊してからヒューストンで1泊します。
帰国は日本時間で、1/16(月)17時予定です。
サンアントニオ、リバーウォーク。
今の所、可能性を感じているのはやはり、
アメリカの自動車産業とIoTのコラボ。Google,Tesla Motors
エネルギー分野。Exxon Mobil
そして、不動産。
テキサスと言う土壌そのもの。
繰り返しになりますが、
エネルギーと自動車の産業革命的な話は、
近々ですね。たぶん。

明けましておめでとうございます。
2017年も何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。

改めて、来週はアメリカテキサス州、そして再来週は台湾と、
勿論、国内事業も同時並行で進めて行くというスケジュールです。
そして、1/6(金)夜は、創業来お世話になっている企業様のひとつ。
随一でイケているビジネスパーソンであり、
尊敬する、そしてともに闘う方とセッションでした。
感謝。
その一言に尽きます。
そして、2017年をこうして迎えることができて最高に幸せです。
この気持ちを忘れず、常に初心に帰り、
凡事徹底です。
そして、そして、
今朝、父親と同じ電車でした。
父親は警視庁なので、泊まり晩という勤務があり、
24時間続けて仕事があります。
普通は、翌日は休みなのですが、
今朝は朝から出勤していました。
明日も出勤の様なので、かなりハード。
改めて思うことは、
そんな逞しい父親の息子なのだ、と。
大学まで出ることができたのも、全て父親のおかげだ、と。
まだまだ、自分は働き足りていない、と。
もっと、もっと、やれる、と。
勿論、母親も、そして妻も。
感謝です。
改めて、帰宅して、そんな事を考えました。
2017年も強いハートを持って、前に進みます。

行って来ました^^
毎年、きっちりオフシーズンには唐津に顔を出すみたいですね。
素晴らしい。
そして、店主さんと女将さんの対応も素晴らしかったです。
福岡博多に行く際には、唐津まで足を伸ばすと良いかもしれません。
博多市内から、空港線、直通唐津線で1時間ちょっとくらいです。
海岸沿いの景色は、こんな感じです。
そして、
ミシュラン寿司の名店、
「つく田」
さんです。
美味しかったです。
唐津なら、
お鮨は「つく田」
うなぎは「竹屋」
でしょう。
福岡博多から行く価値、あります。

The scenery along the shore is such a feeling.

イギリスやアメリカは、これに当てはまります。
そして、こう決断しています。

中国投資家の海外投資が堅調との話。
王建林氏の例も挙げながらの記事です。
すなわち、益を株式に投資して行くことで、拡大して行ったのが、
ソフトバンクさんや、中国の企業。
勿論、他にもありますが。
M&Aや株式を取得して拡大して行く。
これは、あるものを、買い取って、増やして行くということなので、
0→1よりも確実に早いです。
と、言うよりも、投資という概念より、拡大するためには、
という考え方。
投資は手段でしかない。
勿論、規模によって、選択肢は異なる。
ここ20年は急速な経済発展に支えられ、
不動産やIT企業の新規公開株によるIPOからのゲインが多かったが、
目線は、振り切って海外投資に移行しているという話です。
学べることは、
経済成長の段階と、バブルが落ち着いた経済の攻め方や、
お金の流れ方は、「異なる」ということです。
今、世界のどこにお金が集まっているのか？？

事業をやろうとか、会社を作ろうとか、独立しようとか。
そう考えている人へ。
そう考えているうちは、たぶん無理です。
その夢は叶いません。

本当です。
何か商売を始めたり、何かで収益アップを図ろうとしたり、
お金を増やしたり、資産を増やしたり、そう考えている人たちは、
まずは、
「何が利幅を生むのか？？」
「顧客を満足し続けられるサービスを提供出来ているのか？？」
これを考え続けなければいけません。
「何が利幅を生むのか？？」
これは、自分だけではなくて、周囲の人にも影響が出る話で、
利益が出ない会社は無くなります。
そして、利益が出ない会社は、発注先にもディスカウントを迫る事になります。
故に、
「世の中、お金とかどうでも良いんだよね～」
という発想の事業主さんは厳しい。
誰よりもお金と向き合って、
誰よりもお金に真剣に考える。
そして、
誰よりもお金の使い方を達観させる。
結局は、お金の稼ぎ方よりも、
お金の使い方の方が重要です。
どうすれば、増えるのか？？
どうすれば、顧客はクライアントは満足できるのか？？
ひたすらに、ここを追及する必要がありますね。
利幅が出るのは、どうしてか？？
クライントが満足しているのは、どうしてか？？
考える、実行する。
ちなみに、
利幅を上げる考え方は、
「オーナになる」
「新規事業を自分ではじめる」
「株式や債券、外貨、金融商品に投資をする」
「人に出資する」
だいたい、このいずれかです。
