黒田総裁「日本の労働市場における新たな挑戦」（ジャパン・サミット2016）
2016年10月21日に、
日銀黒田総裁により、
「日本の労働市場における新たな挑戦」
というお話がありました。
円高に注目が集まり、11月には米大統領選が控え、
更にヨーロッパでは、グレートブリテンのユーロ離脱によるポンド下落、
ドイツ銀行の株価下落など、不安定要素が山積みなわけですが、
そもそも、活発に何処かで経済活動が進んでいるから、
情勢は動くわけなので、決してネガティブな状況ではないと考えています。
さて、冒頭の、
黒田総裁「日本の労働市場における新たな挑戦」（
について。
今回は、3つ大事なことを述べられています。
それは、日本の労働市場が、
「技術革新」「グローバル化」「 人口動態の変化への対応」
という新たな挑戦に直面しているということです。
要は、
技術革新に伴い、
今までの働き方とは違ってきていますよね？？
という話です。
すなわち、
よく働く、という概念の、その「よく働く」という考えと行動の価値観が推移して来ている、
という話です。
つまり、今までの高度経済成長を遂げていた頃に様な働き方をは、
異なる働き方が、今後求められてくるのではないですか？？
ということを伝えているのだと考えています。
その中でも、私が最も気になった箇所は、

高齢者 や女性の労働参加率の引き上げは、政府の政策の重要な柱の一つとなってい ます。

こちらです。
積極的な労働市場への労働力の参入です。
これは、要注目しておいた方が良い話の類です。
働き方は、生活がある以上、人と生活において親密な関係があるからです。
