独立に必要な能力と記しましたが、

本質は、メンタル。

この部分の必要性と言うものが、あまり重きが置かれていなかったり、

根性論と言う言葉で一括りに片づけられている様子があります。

私は、Simplish株式会社というIT広告,制作,アプリ開発,人財紹介をメインにした事業領域で

会社を設立したわけですが、

こうして3期目をもう直、迎えられることができるのも、

全て「人」、「人」、「人」。

このキーワードに尽きるのではないか、と考えております。

すなわち、会社設立や事業を行うにあたって、

成長市場だとか、将来性だとか、

ビジネスモデルが、とか色々なファクターがあるのですが、

最も肝となる部分は、

事業主の「人柄」や「人間性」の部分です。

資金を集め、仲間を集める。

この2つができて、始めて事業が営めます。

要するに、人間性とか人柄を磨く必要があるわけです。

それは、君のためなら、と時間もお金も割いてくれる様な、

一言で言えば、

なんで、そこまでしてくれるの？？

と言うくらいの上辺ではない、本質的な人としての付き合いをしてくれる人が、

どれだけいるか、だ。

独立に迷うのは、わかります。

何か新しい環境に飛び込むことに迷う気持ちもわかります。

まず、やってみよう。

未来は、誰にもわからない。

そして、可能性を決めるのは、いつだって、自分自身です。
